Use the online catalog to decide what you need and simply send us an e-mail with a list of parts and your estimated total, along with your complete name, telephone number, shipping and email addresses. If you have an urgent order please say so in the subject line of your e-mail. Send all orders or inquiries to sale@gmsound.dk. Due to our small staff and the large volume of inquiries GM Sound receives we are usually a day or two behind. Please be patient. When you are ready to place an order, e-mail us a list of the items you want and we will give you several shipping estimates for you to choose from. When you accept the estimate, we will package the order and then e-mail you back with the exact amount including shipping. When we receive your final acceptance of the amount, we will ship your order without delay. GM Sound ships in Scandinavia/Europe by Post carrier. CarryOn Budget for 7+ day delivery and CarryOn Cash for 3-6 day delivery.

Our products are warrantied for one year against manufacturer defects. Return the defective items to us with a complete note of explanation and a daytime phone number to reach you for additional information. Products received in damaged condition should be reported immediately, and the original shipping carton should be retained for inspection. Package returns carefully, manufacturers will not warranty damaged products. We handle most warranty claims directly, and will usually exchange defective units within two weeks of return. Disputes over driver performance will be handled through the manufacturer.
